4. Inspection and Payment on Delivery

You may inspect each load when it arrives, before it is dumped. Payment is collected on arrival, after inspection and before the material is unloaded. If you are not satisfied with the material, you may decline the load before it is dumped.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled directly with the owner. We kindly ask that you provide notice as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

6. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from Texas Best Rock Delivery regarding your quote, appointment, or service.
